Movie Review: The Twilight Saga: New Moon (2009)

27 Nov

After watching the first movie, and the bad reviews about the second chapter, I was not anticipating a great movie. But I asked myself why don’t I give it another chance, and It wasn’t that bad, actually I liked some parts (other parts were so boring). Anyways, In this chapter for no reason Bella and Edward splits up for sort of one reason (people are noticing that they are vampires!!!!!), so they have to leave and break the heart of Bella.

After that Bella fell in love of the six packs of Jacob, so she acts like a lonely bitch dumped by a vampire. While that the ghost of Edward still following her wherever she goes, although he is still alive!!!

Bella in every scene is staring in Jacob’s body, I guess girls can’t control themselves. So after living a love story between them, she discover that he is a werewolf (and this is the part that I like, after boring scenes, finally some action)

Jacob’s is in the werewolves team, for some reason!!! they are always shirtless, first I thought they were gay group, but it turned out that one of them is married, so that clears the doubts. Anyways, the story begins to be entertaining when Jacob and Edward face each other and Bella decides to choose between them. I don’t to spoil more about the movie.

There is something special about the first movie, I liked the blue colored theme which was missed in the new movie, Overall the second part is a little bit better than the first. The ending was more like a TV show, it was missing the words To Be Continued…. I guess they forgot it because it wasn’t that interesting.

I would give 6 out of 10
