K3P: Ministries Complex

مجمع الوزارات

داخل سور الكويت القديم ، وعلى حدود المنطقة الوسطى للمدينة يقع مشروع مجمع الوزارات مطلاً على شارع السور ، فوق مساحة إجمالية قدرها 150000 متر مربع ، بوشر العمل فيه عام 1977 ، واستغرق بناؤه أكثر من ثلاث سنوات لينتهي تماماً في 1981 ، وتشغله (5) وزارات من مجموع وزارات الدولة وهي : الأوقاف ، والتجارة والصناعة ، والشؤون الاجتماعية ، والعدل ، والمالية ، والمؤسسات العامة للرعاية السكنية . يستوعب المجمع 60000 موظف ، ويتكون من (14) مبنى متماثلاً ومتصلاً بغيره من المباني الأخرى ، والساحة الرئيسية شبه مظللة وتتفرغ منها مكونات المشروع .
زود المجمع بأحدث الوسائل التقنية كالهواتف وأجهزة الحاسوب ووسائل الاتصال الأخرى ، وأجهزة التكييف المركزي ، ويحتوي على عدد من فروع البنوك والمحلات التجارية ، وخدمات الطعام والشراب السريعة ، وثمة مراكز استعلامات متعددة تعين المواطنين على تحديد أماكن المراجعة. قام المشروع على عناصر البيئة المحلية ، فالمكونات متقاربة وممرات المشاة مظللة للوقاية من قسوة الحرارة وتقلبات المناخ ، كما أن مواقف السيارات متعددة ومتوافرة لجميع العاملين والمواطنين .

تم بناء اشجار صناعية من الاسمنت محاطة ومدعمة بالحديد عشان تشكل هذه الأشجار والنباتات حولها…. في قلب العاصمة…. والهدف من المشروع انهم يريدون ان يصبحوا الرواد في الزراعة البوتانيكية… وتصبح عاصمة العالم للزراعة.. المثير بالموضوع ان التصميم قرييب من أبراج الماء في الكويت ..  قد تكون فكرة جيدة نستطيع تطبيقها على ابراجنا الحالية..للمزيد من الصور والمعلومات هنا الرابط.

K3DP Update Vol.3 – Zone 4

The project is going to be updated in the upcoming days, zone 4 is one of the unique zones that are located in-front of the first ring road, the image above highlights the location of zone 4.

There are so many empty plots in that area, which gives the buildings the opportunity of showing the 4 facades of the building. like the Asfour Tower (Number 2) and the social security building (Number 3).

IKARUS Sanctuary (Failaka Health Resort)

This project is a proposed project in the Kuwait Fund Engineering Program (Phase1)

IKARUS Sanctuary is a health resort, which will be located in Failaka Island. This health resort will present a new perspective to the health resorts with its modern design, services and facilities. The facilities include relaxation areas, a fitness center, spa centers, clinic and healthy restaurants. All the services provided by the resort are aimed to provide a better health care to patients and to ensure their satisfaction during their stay. By hosting the most talented and experienced professors and doctors in the medical field, the resort will be able to attract people to Failaka Island.
